Are you visualizing your dreams vividly? As if they’re already happening?

When you set out to manifest a dream into reality, go so far as to meditate on your exact dream.

Define it down to every detail of what you want it to look like. What color and shape does it have? How large is it…visualize every detail. See it as you already own it…are living it.

Really feel it…as if it’s already in existence. How does it make you feel? Happy, energized, excited? Like jumping up and down?

Do this exercise for 21 days at least once per day. Just 15 minutes to any meditation music you choose.
